(1) According to the Constitution of Nepal and other prevailing laws, the authentication of orders, authorizations, notices or any other document issued by the President shall be by the signature of the President.
(2) After the verification in accordance with sub-section (1), the office of the President shall keep one copy in his office for the information and implementation of such order, authority, notice or other document to be verified and published in the office of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers and in the Nepal Gazette. Constituent Assembly must be sent in writing to the Ministry of Order.
